ABOUT US
Simple Steps Community Connection (aka Simple Steps) was founded in May 2017 in an effort to support immigrant communities in the Bay Area. Simple Steps recognized the challenges encountered by immigrants in tapping significant resources and sought to provide greater opportunities for the communities. One of our main causes is empowering women who want to return to the workforce after taking a career break, an issue that touches many women, particularly those with immigrant backgrounds.
OUR MISSION
Simple Steps is committed to helping improve lives of individuals and families in immigrant communities in the Bay Area by pursuing the following mission:

Promoting self-awareness and self-esteem of women in immigrant backgrounds

Helping women who paused a career to focus on caregiving rebuild their careers

Providing greater opportunities for individuals and families in immigrant communities
